Dr. James Ciavarella
Dr. James Ciavarella started Precision Chiropractic and Wellness in Plymouth, MN in 2002 to change lives and serve the community. He has been blessed to do and continue doing exactly that. Dr. Ciavarella couldn't be more proud of his wellness team. Whether a patient needs his help from a car accident or wants to have a healthy child birth, we can tailor make a treatment plan to fit those needs.
Dr. James is originally from southwestern North Dakota. He moved to the Twin Cities in 1998 to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University, fell in love with the area and has been there since.
Dr. James' and his lovely wife, Jessica, are having a blast in the trenches while raising 4 awesome and unique kids. Braeden currently attends Wayzata High School. He just began driving and his life is all about Trojan Football. Saylor attends Greenwood Elementary and is very passionate about dance and gymnastics. Sofia also attends Greenwood Elementary and is also a very talented dancer and gymnast. Peyton loves to ride bike and play T-ball.
During the summer you can find Dr. Ciavarella on the golf course and during the winter on a snowmobile. His philosophy in life is to enjoy the small pleasures, handle set-backs gracefully, learn and have fun!

Dr. Jeremy M. Heidt
Dr. Jeremy Heidt was born in Dickinson, North Dakota, where he was raised by two hard-working parents, Ron and Karen Heidt. Throughout high school, Dr. Jeremy participated in many activities including baseball, football, and basketball.
After high school, Dr. Heidt received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, graduating cum laude. Dr. Jeremy has attended numerous seminars related to the Gonstead Technique, Thompson Technique, Wellness techniques, and Sports Injuries.
Dr. Heidt enjoys treating patient’s of all ages, from infants to elderly. He is passionate about the chiropractic profession and has a special interest in wellness and sports injuries. He believes that chiropractic, nutrition, and exercise will contribute to a better quality of life for his patients. Their well being is his main concern.
When not at the office, Dr. Jeremy’s interests include outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, the Minnesota Twins, the Minnesota Vikings, Sioux Hockey, and staying active.

Massage Therapist
Mary Jin Dalsin
Mary has been working as a massage therapist for over six years. She currently holds a license in the state of Arizona and Oregon (Minnesota is an unregulated state). She has completed over 1,300 hours of accredited schooling. She has also worked as an Educator Director in the largest spa in the Southwest and was a therapist in the opening of the largest spa in the Northwest. Mary has a deep passion for helping clients with some of the more extreme cases of pain, tension and trauma. Working one on one to alleviate and listen to the body is what she loves most. Her modalities include, but are not limited to Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, Reiki, Myotherapy and other energy and tension releasing techniques. She also has advanced training in prenatal and oncology massage.
Mary believes as a culture we lack not only touch, but we become unaware of our own bodies and the messages it is trying to tell us. Massage is an amazing way to reconnect with ourselves and ignite a desire to take better care of our bodies and overall well-being. Her other passions are cooking and her love of animals. She volunteers her time with the Compassion Action for Animals to help bring awareness of the truths in factory farming. She also has a 3 year old black pug named Lucy that she adores and spends most of her time as a crazy pug lady when she's not at work.
Director of Patient Relations
Tammy Weimer
Tammy has been working with Dr. James since June 2005 as the Director of Patient Relations. She says, "the best part of my job has been getting to know all of our patients." She truly feels they have become a part of our chiropractic family. We are dedicated to helping our patients achieve their goal of “total wellness” through education and support. She absolutely loves it when moms bring in their little people. It makes her day to be able to hold them and play with them. Who could ask for a better day at work?
A great passion of Tammy's is volunteer work. She is currently volunteering with the Guard Family Network which supports Military Members and their families. Her family also volunteers at the VA Hospital and at homeless shelters. She and her husband have tried to instill in their children to give back to their community whenever possible.
They also enjoy golfing and spending a quite day with their 2 dogs, Sampson and Sugar Bear while watching the Minnesota Vikings.
Baking is one of Tammy's favorite things to do. She just loves seeing peoples faces when they bite into something delicious. There is no better reward than that.
Chiropractic Assistant
Eve Lee
Eve has worked with chiropractic healthcare since 2005. As a chiropractic assistant, she enjoys being involved in patient care. She has an extensive background helping patients through their road to recovery, previously working as a massage therapist. She graduated from the Aveda Institute with a certification in massage therapy. She is currenlty pursuing an education in nursing to continue her growth in providing optimum patient care.
